Dear All,

My baby boy is running into 4th month. His health & weight gain are fine but he is suffering from mild acid reflux,ie,GER.He is spitting up around 1/4th of milk every time after his feed. His Dr was not prescribing any medicine since his weight gain was very good.I am taking all the precautions like baby position, amout of milk etc but still hes vomiting heavily.Hes on Lactogen 1 primarily nowadays. For the 1st 2 months he was on BF exclu.bt still he was spitting like anything at times milk comes out from his nose also.During day time he trakes sound sleep but early moring are terrible for him & he becomes very restless.
Please help me out if any1 else has also faced the same problem.

Regards,
Monica

There is a medicine for this condition. If your child is spitting up BF as well as lactogen, then Farex would not be the solution. There is a medicine which contains Domperidone made exclusively for babies which effectively treats this condition. Ask your doctor and then if he gives the go ahead, you can try this medicine.

Hi, Monica
Theere is nothing to worry about as my baby boy is running into 4th month & I have started giving him farex 1 formula including BF four times a day so suggest you to try farex rather than lactogen as it is diffult to digest for some babies & after every feed try to burp him properly to aviod these kind of problem
