the leveling up diet is a diet that contains healthy food and good results over time
its built up from several levels as you continue in the diet
chocolate , caffeine , salt,restaurants food ,nuts ,sauces , sugar ,oils and fats are not allowed , though the nuts and salt can are allowed in very small amounts further on in the diet
note that drinking 8 glasses of water each day is very important
only fresh juices are allowed aswell
if there was feeling of sickness or you' re feeling powerless in the early weeks you can have a small spoon of honey
and to avoid such thing make sure you have a banana in the morning
level 1 : the first 3 days of the first week
those 3 days the only available food is fruits and vegetables , as a cleanse to the body , sides affects such as headache , zits , dizziness
you can eat as must as you want , raw , grilled , boiled
, up to 5 meals per day
any kind of fruit and vegetables , avoiding high sugared ones would give better results
level 2 : after the 3 days of the first week
in this level you can eat now(plus the fruits and vegetables) low fat milk and low fat yogurt , up to 5 meals per day
level 3 : in the second week
knowing that you did not break any rule until now shows you have a good will in going on!
in this level a little carbohydrates will be available , which are either 1 piece of bran toast in the breakfast or a piece of bran Rusk
keep in mind you can eat up to 5 meals per day
level 4 : the third week
this is good news for the meat lovers , in this level you can eat grilled fish fillet and also tuna, but not the one with sunflower oil , but the one with water, because oils are prohibited
and in this week , exercises must be done at least 3 times per week
and at least for 30 minutes
level 5 : the fourth week
in this level other kinds of carbohydrates are available but in small amounts , such as pasta or rice
keep in mind that you can' t mix them with proteins and also that you can have only 1 kind of carbohydrates each day in 1 meal in the morning
level 6 : the fifth week
finishing 1 month of the diet you are rewarded with new kinds of food!
grilled or boiled chickens breasts , grilled steaks and boiled potatoes
condiment, very very little amount of salt are allowed as well and \" no oils!\"
you also can have low fat cheese now used as little thing with the toast in the morning
level 7 : the sixth week
the final thing that will be available for you is a small amount of nuts , like 10 pieces in the morning
and 1 boiled egg in the day
level 7 is the final level
this diet does not have side affects

and it will show you good results if you follow it
tips :
you can mix fruits with milk , vegetables with yogurt
you can mix vegetables with grilled chicken breast , steak , fish fillet or tuna
drinking ginger with ment and cumin mixed all together as a hot drink is very good , try drinking it twice everyday
if you want to eat after exercising make sure theres 2 hours between them
keep a bottle of water with you so you wouldn' t forget about water
don' t eat before going to bed
make sure you move as much as possible and try to avoid laziness
