Eno is nothing but mixing of all chemicals.It would be better take any natural drink like lemon water which would give you relief from problem to you.Try to avoid such foods during pregnancy.

Its quite natural for pregnant women for gastric issues a lot more than they expect it to be,but it is better if you consult a gynaec so that you will be able to get a complete idea of what can you take /or what can you not take for food during pregnancy.Hence take doctor's advice.

you can take Gelusil for acidity. The best thing to d0 is have chilled milk sip by sip in 10 minutes time. This works fine for me.
