Hi all...
Hope all you guys are doing well... when r u guys due?? must be almost d last days right..
all excited na..

I 2 was excited all this time.. but now theres a serious prob.

I was due on the 9th of Aug.. today 11th.. but yet no signs of pain or labour..
Doc said to wait 4 2 more days.. or vl try inducing pain.. but this way there are major chaces of c section.

Actually my last periods startd on 2nd Nov.. so accordingly due date is 9th Aug. Bur I had taken tab OVRAL on the 25th 26 n 27 Nov to delay my period in Dec by some days.
Can this be the reason 4 this delay in the delivery???

Please reply.. dont no what to do..

hi priti,

It is perfectly normal if you go past your due date. The doctors normally will wait till 42 weeks and only then decide. My friend had her baby boy on her 42nd week. That too, she got pain only after induction. Both of them are doing good. do not panic. do not get tensed. i know it is frustrating when you go past due date... Do not confuse yourself abt the medication you took during that time....It will not make anydifference NOW.

Take care,
Jichi

Hey Priti,

Don' t worry and get yourself worked up... Due dates are always estimated... We all can deliver 2 weeks before or after the EDD... It is common and that' s the way it is... 38 to 42 weeks is the time that you can expect it to happen...

So just wait and if they induce you, am sure things will go fast... Doctors do know what they are doing, so don' t worry... Not necessary that inducing leads to C-Sec... My sister was induced and had a normal and so did many of my friends recently... So hang in there girl... We all are praying for all our friends here...

Love to your little one... Take care
