Backache in pregnancy is a common problem that most women face.To prevent the backache, you have to develop strong abdominal muscles. Specific back exercises that strengthen the back muscles can be done. It is best to consult your doctor before starting on an exercise program.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
