Name: jenn anyone else feelign the same?? i feel the pain when i sleep on side in the night,, just wanted to check if its common or nee of concern...

I was also suffering from hip pain while I was sleeping. But I start exercise Now I feel good.Even my back pain is gone.

Sharmila & Jenn,

I too have this same prob occasionally but it happens mainly when as sharmila mentioned if I lie down for a long time on one side. I have started using maternity pillow and it does help to relieve this pain also as it gives u comfort on areas u need it most.

I have also been having this pain on and off. I dont think it is anything to worry. It comes on if you sleep on one side continuously sinc ethe weight of your uterus keeps resting on this side. I do get it durign the day too. But I am not very worried coz it is on and off. You can change your sleeping position to the opposite side for some time and then get back. This will give some relief....sharmila
