is it true to say.
hot bath reduces sperm count
it dries vagina.
-what food we should eat before ttc.
-what food we should avoide?
-can we increase pleasure time by mansturbation?
-masturbation is reason of various health problems?

You would agree that there are too many questions on your mind. Some of them might not offer solution or should not be concern at all, like masturbation and health.
1. If not too much or in the limit, maturbation is normal. Do not overdo, it won't matter, but just keep in limit.

2. Foreplay is OK for pleasure but won't make difference for success while ttc.

3. There is no special food to help conceiving. Try to stay out of food that's improperly cooked or salad sandwitches. They might not be from very best place, unless home made, and thus hygine is a question. Bacteria within them might not get you sick but will delay or obstract conceiving process. Eat all normal food, home made and keep food that's rich in fiber, folic acid. Read some books about nutrition to know what food contain what.

4. Last but important, yes hot bath tube will temporarily affect sperm count in some mens. Sperms are very heat sensitive. Mens working near boiler or in factory by heating device will face low sperm count condition.

Suggestion, wearing loose fully cotton textured garment will keep body in normal physiology.

Do not over stress, will delay process.
