I am 28 and shifted to Netherlands on job purpose. I do not know after coming her i am losing my hair severly. I don't know whether it's because of this cold weather. My density reduced to one fourth of before coming here. Vijay, can you help me in this regard?

I have a long hair upto waist length. It frequently gets entangled. I do not want to cut it. I am facing difficulty whenever i do my hair clean. Moreover i would like to have dense and shiny hair.
Can you suggest me a solution
1) to prevent hair loss
2) to reduce hair entanglement
3) to increase hair density
4) to make it shiny

Also, i use garnier shampoo and do not use conditioner, use coconut oil.

Pl. suggest me a solution.

apply almond oil

take white yolk from egg apply in ur scalp with massage leave 1 hour after wash it maa

take protein content food

after hair wash rinse ur hair in vinegar mixed water

did u clear ur dandruff maa

dont cut ur hair ok

Don’t use only coconut oil b’coz its cold there n it will cause dandruff n falling of hair.
Do u have dandruff? Check it once becoz many people have this problem when they go to cold weather places.

To prevent hair loss n increase hair density:
What neesha has suggested u is really good.
But, message your scalp with equal amount of Castor oil, Almond oil n Coconut oil twice a week n wash it after 3 hours. Or, message it at night n wash it next morning.
Use mild or herbal shampoo.

To reduce hair entanglement:
Comb your hair 3times in a day. Comb first in early in the morning after doing brush. Then, at any time you want to n third time at night before going to bed. If possible tie a pony tail at night before going to bed. Don’t tie tight pony tail.

To make it shiny:
You can do any of the following:
• soak few fenugreek seeds at night n next morning make its paste n apply it to your hair.
• Apply egg white once in a week. Wash it with little warm or cold water be'coz if u use hot water it would stick to your hair like omelet.

or
(1)Castor Oil
(2)Olive oil

mix these oils in equal qunatity ....
& apply trice a week

if u have problem for Baldness then go for Egg Oil ....
