Hello,
Mansi is right. You can eat chocolates during pregnancy but you have to limit yourself. Even i have cravings for chocolates. If you like candies then u can take that too, since it does not contain cocoa.
Take care.

Hi..
I know you must be really worrying.I am not right person to give you advice. But just wrting what I feel.
1)Eating chocolates is OK during pregnancy as long as you limit the consumption to 1-2/day.Increased cocoa consumption is not good and so are the unwanted calories that lead to abnormal weigh gain.
2)Regarding exp date lapsed goods.Dear you SHOULD always chk the date before eating anything. But if you haven' t experienced anything like nausea, stomachache, abnormal feeling in pain or headache accompanied by vomitting then it' s just OK.Better take care next time. And if you have any of the above consult ur practionner immly.Don' t panuc.Probably our body is immune to few minor abnormilities.
BUT DO TAKE GOOD CARE..ok?
Hope this helps.
Mansi
