Routine Tests:Positive HPT no symptoms

Hi all,
this is my first posting here. I have been ttc for past 2months.This month I missed my periods, so thought it could be a good time to test. so took a HPT and it turned out positive. But I have no other symptoms. when can one expect the soreness etc to set in? Is it OK to see a doc at such early stage?
Cause I still cant believe that this is true!!
Is it alright to walk or squat , cause i manage all the daily chores at home.

In some cases, the symproms do not appear till about 8weeks of pregnancy.

In my family everyone continues to work at home till about 15th week if there is no problems. That keeps the baby healthy too. I have not seen any abnormal or a baby with malfunction among my relations

Dear Naz,
A positive hpt should allow you to take blood test at your OB office.
Go get that done and assure 100% that you are pregnant.
However, congratulations on your positive hpt.

You can follow up pregnancy visit from week 8 onwards, that's just 2 months from your LMP.
