On your Q abt breakfast, i think the thumbrule would be anything nutritious that stays in your tummy :). i have cereal with milk most of the days and bread with omlette some days. It is generally a good idea to have food in regular intervals.

On stomach burn, do you mean like heart burn ? i think some have it during the first trimester. I seem to be also having it this time. With the first one, i had it only in the third trimester. For me, it seems to be bad if I eat after long breaks or i eat spicy food (specially spicy food), so i am avaoiding that. I also try to have curd or milk after dinner as that seems to help.

I have milk and cereal sometimes , but get bored of it if i have it everyday in the breakfast. I have started having bread butter and fruits. Thats all i can think of having. I love fruits so if i cannot think of anything , i have fruits.

Its like stomach burn. Good to knw that its normal. I had icecream on that day to ease the burning sensation.
Yes its better to avoid spicy food...

Which week are you on ? When are you getting the ultrasound?

Thanks for the advice.

Cheers

What to carry to hospital
Ladies,

I have my color doppler due next week, is it done for you all?

How will the list look like for items that we need to carry to the hospital? If I am asking my husband, he is fully ready with his camera and camcorder, but we do not quite have a clue for the MORE necessary items :).

Need help!

Love,
