I live in banglore.and my would-be husband is in singapore currently.after our marriage which is jan 2009 we plan to settle down in pune. This is because of our decison.but wat had happened is once my would b had mentioned that his mom wants us to stay out of bangalore simce most of our relatives our here. And initially atleast for 2 years we should be away is wat she had told her son. So that they don’t keep a close watch on us.His parents are in north(near delhi). I understand that this is very nce of them to think like this. .otherwise,they are generally nice ppl. No major issues created in the marriage arrangements till now. But I am wondering wat could b the other implications,if u ppl could see some other perception in her thinking.

She wants to ensure that the first 2 years of the marriage, the two of you concentrate on one another and get the marraige on to a sound foundation. The first 2 years are the best and critical. In a far of place you will have all the time for yourselves - a premium these days.

Regards priya replied. even if ur mil has other hidden implications..just go ahead and go to pune... because you have two major benefits there : away from inlaws , nearby your own parents.
frankly speaking i feel that ur mil has good intentions only. indian replied. that' s great... have a nice time. i guess you should be happy . do not think crooked... then every thing looks crooked.
