Crying & Colic:Cerelac for reflux baby

Hi,
I have a 4 month old girl baby. From birth till now she is vomiting a lot. Initially the vomiting were very severe. She will throw up like water coming out of pipe. Now a days it has become somewhat controlled but still she vomits most of her feed(like drooling for one hour). We consulted our Ped and he told us to give cerelac so that her reflux would get controlled as it is soemwhat thicker. since she is 4 months old we gave her cerelac. But after the feed she is crying a lot as if she is in pain. Then i need to give colic aid and then she will pass stool which is very hard. After that only she calms down. Is cerelac is not getting digested? I am unable to find so. Please advice.

MOTINORM is for children of more than 2 years of age. This question was for a 4 month old baby and such a medicine would cause harm to the baby.
