hair falling problem and i like very much long hair but i am everything using not long my hair.my husband like long hair and little heavy hair.but my hair not long too short and not heavy.plz help me and solve my hair problem,plz any suggestion for hair long nad heavy.thanks

There are many home remedies you can use to reduce your hair fall at home without having to use any kind of medicine. If you can use egg then take the egg white and add some olive oil to it and then apply it in your hair.

You should apply coconut oil twice a week and massage your scalp. Do not let your hair or scalp go dry as dry scalp causes hair fall and makes the hair look dead. You should also get your hair trimmed in every 3 months.

for long hair and heavy hair why you not try herbal oil and herbs apply on hair, take proper oil massage once in week, also intake healthy food and fruits too. you will definately get good result.

It is the common problem faced by every woman it would be better you take some precautions and every thing will be solved try to take protein food and keep use better oil which makes your hair fall less.

hair fall is an heavy problem in these days and you need to take some precautions so that you can reduce hair fall.You need to take food which are rich in nutrients and vitamins also.I wish it will work on you.

Hair falling problem is so common now days. I think every third person is suffer from hair problem. The people who are not suffering from hair problem but they want healthier and longer hair.
If you your hair long and healthier you need to take care of your diet and also need to make changes in your lifestyle.

truely said very third person is suffering from hair problems. either hairfall or dandruff. even i too suffer from both problems. these days lot of pollution and you have to wash your hair every two alternate days or else they get chip chip and will have dandruff and hairfall. so like regular wash we use all chemical shampoos and it also have bad effects on hair. so i started using herbal shampoo which are mild also.

1. Hot oil treatments: Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

2. Natural juices: You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

3. Get a head massage: Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

4. Antioxidants: Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.

5. Practice meditation: Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.
First and foremost will be proteins of course. They are the building the building blocks of the hair shaft after all. The next in the list will be vitamins. The vitamins that are essential for the hair are Vitamin A, B complex, C, and E. Each of these perform a significant role. Vitamin B complex is most popularly known for its importance in the hair growth and hair fall control. Vitamin C prevents premature graying. Last but not the least, Iron. Deficiency of iron can be a source of severe hair fall. Which why women suffering from anemia exhibit a great amount of hair fall.

Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.
