Due Date Club August 2008:Update 37 weeks

Name: Neeti Hi Everyone,

Hope all of you are doing good. Currently my 37th week is going on. I had doctor' s appt yesterday. Everything looks good. The baby' s head is down but not engaged yet. Doc said that with the second pregnancy, it usually gets engaged during the labour, so nothing to worry about. He advised me to walk a lot. Also, he said that looks like that the wt of baby is going to be around 7 pounds +, more than my first one who was 6 pounds 13 ounces. He didn' t do internal yesterday, so I don' t know whether I am dilated at all. My next appt is on next Wed, will keep you guys updated!

you girls are almost through!

Neeti, am in week 35 and nervous already! my first one was 8lbs5ounces and am gaining weight already!!!!!!so, wonder how much the 2nd one will be for me. do update us abt your next week appt.

Vidhi, wow girl, am pretty excited....August board will be full of birthannouncement and birthstories in the coming weeks! No worry, who knows, may be, your baby might come out before your appt date......:) Take care,

hi neeti n all ,
even i m in my 39th week ..now jst 2 weeeks for my due date ..i too feel my baby' s head is still not engaged ..b' coz i can feel the babys hiccups still at side n not exactly down ..this is my first preganancy ..i feel now generation baby' s dont want to get locked so early they wnt to enjoy their freedom n movements ..but off recently my baby is moving a lot ...i still dont know the weight of baby ..but have appt on 7th aug ..i feel grls this would be my last appt ..excited n nervous how will handle baby alone ..

horlicks with milk

i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
