There is this great book - My Temporary Son by Timeri Murari. A must read for all adoptive parents to be. After reading this book there was no doubt in my mind that we would adopt.
It gives you a true picture of the adoption situation in India. Do, do read it.

Wanted to know, among many other questions, does it feel odd/ awkward, etc. to start caring and loving another's child? esp. since you had one of your own?

Do you not feel afraid, before embarking on the adoption procedure?

If you could share.. I'd appreciate it.
