Hi Ladies,

Since the birth of my 2 children I am very prone to thrush. I especially get it after I have had anti-biotics and even though the doctor prescribes profi flora along with the anti-biotics I still get it and then I am put on heavy doses of diflucan which makes me nauseous and dizzy.

I have altered my eating habits as I was told dairy, sugar and wheat products are a nest for the fungi to breed and I have eliminated all of that out from diet for about 3 years now but I still get it every now and again.

Any of you have a similar problem and how have you coped with it?
