It is Prajna here. My last communication was in June 2012 (Peculiar Requirement Revisited - Dec 2011).

Since then a lot of hair has been removed from the heads of our family members. Deepa, my sis-in-law is happily married to a business family and is maintaining her brand hair cut - clippered bald allround and short on top. She is a mom of a 3 month old male kid.

Pranati is also married in early 2013 but back to long hair. Her in-laws have reluctantly agreed for a tonsure for her once in five years but no cutting in between. She will have her first post marriage gundu this October along with her kid daughter who will be 11 months old by then. She is now a homemaker.

My mom is continuing to have a nice parlour boy cut. In my house we all had our biennial Tirupati gundu in Aug 2013. Right now I am three months pregnant with my second child. I am continuing with my short Sowmya hair cut - clippered bald all round to about 2 inch above ears and about half inch on top - military crew cut. All my colleagues, friends and relatives cannot think of me with hair longer than about an inch.

In March 2013 when I stopped suckling my son, I went back to enjoying beer, whisky, rum, etc. twice a week along with my in-laws. I stopped it again in early Dec when we decided to go for the second baby. I will return to it sometime May 2015. NN replied. It is nice that you are enjoying your life in your own ways and also taking care of your health and your baby. Sometimes people get into enjoying their lives way too much and then they don't think about anything else. Avantika replied. Women with kids are already very busy and hardly get any time to take care of themselves and long hair surely need to be taken care of and that takes a little time so it is better for them to have short hair as they do not require a lot of care. Pranjali replied. People usually co-relate women and girls and long hair and most of them prefer the same but making a big deal out of a bald head is not necessary. A person has every right to choose what type of haircut they want irrespective of the gender. Pranali replied. So what are you doing at present can you share it in the forum what have you done in these days you have maintained the same hair cut and did you had second baby in your child it would be better if you comment on this. Amol replied. Hello Prajna,

Prajna replied. I delivered a girl child last month. I kept my head fully clipper shaved twice a week during the last two weeks of my pregnancey. I delivered my daughter with me being fully clipper bald.

Nowadays a lot of girls are doing boycut.Its current trend.Myself housewife working in a private firm and keeping my hair short.Its easy to maintain short hair.

Im having short haircut in saloon and saloon guys re very expert in trying different haircuts for me.I have tried machine cuts and was a wonderful experience gundu replied. I am a male but as my wife is telling for short haircuts I am getting clippercuts everytime for last many years with here and there razorshave which is not liked by her.These are informations from me.Please post more experience in future gundu replied. It is nice to know that lot many times short haircuts were done.Now-a-days even gents were reluctant for short haircuts but your family is permitting you all.I am also enjoying such machine clippercuts or zero electric machine cuts everytime which is very much enjoyable and good to health.Even razorshave is more healthier but many does not like and hence machine cuts are preferred.Please post more experience in future
