Am new to this group. My due date is Sep 15th and am in my 23rd week now. I happen to browse this forum and found lot of helpful info.

I' m currently in the UK and my mid-wife hasnt told anything regarding these injections.
Is it ok? I plan to travel to India for my delivery in which case, can I have those injections after my 27th week? any idea?

hi meera,
i' m in my 24th week now and i havent got any TT injections. my doc never mentioned anything ant it. i wud suggest that u ask ur midwife abt it. also if possible, ask someone from ur family to find out from some indian doc(preferably the one u wud visit when u go there) when can u have them if u dont get them in UK.

girls in US-did anyone of u get tt injections?

Hi Rakhi,
Have no clue about this TT injection. My Gyn did not mention about this TT Injection. So as of now I have not taken the TT injection.

hello meera,
I' m in my 20th week,n had an appoitment yesterday with the doctor.I asked her abt TT injections,she said it will be given,but for me she suggested that she will inject me this injection during my 26th week...Thisz is gona be my first TT injection..

But when I read abt TT injection here,all other mommies got it sumwhere around 20-26 th week...so was kinda worried,but anyways doctor told its okie,if u get that Injection around 26th week...

but as ur travelling,u mention this 2 ur midwife,n ask her can she give u one injection before travlelling?Coz as per my doc,TT injections r given 3 times before the delivery...So u can get one injection there n remaining ones here.In any case,consult ur midwife,n tell abt this.Lets c what she has to say?

I dont know if they give TT in this country or not..anyhow I will ask her...
