Due Date Club February 2006:Archie - Update - Vaginal pain

Hi all,
My pain became a bit bad day-b4 evening, after my out-of-the-ordinary long walk (I don't find time for walks, usually). I still dunno if thats the reason. I could feel more pain when I changed positions and especially during sleep when I turned around. Also some pain during my walks and when I lifted my legs. So I called up my doc who was sweet enuff to let me visit her yesterday , even though it was not her consulting days. She checked me and found that I had some infection. So asked me to be on vaginal tablets for 3 days and also to increase my calcium tabs to twice a day instead of once. Seems calcium deficiency leads to such cramps. Pain is less now (in fact it had reduced a bit when I visited her itself), like it was 2-3 days back. Let me wait and see if it goes away completely.
During my visit, my doc did an internal examination to check if I had some white discharge b'cos of my slightly higher range of blood sugar. Luckily nothing like that happenned. Can anyone shed more light on this??

good that you met your Ob. You will be fine as it seems you have some yeast infection, which is common during pregnancy.
