i went for my 36th week scan today.baby weighs 2.700.rest all ok.the baby is in head down position.does that means its engaged?how long will it be now b4 head gets engaged.also iam experiencing slightly increased vaginal discharge.
does that mean my due is getting closer.its aug 27th.but i always have this feeling its gonna be soon.

hi reshmi,

Head down position does not mean head is engaged or fixed.. my baby is in head down position from many many weeks but still not engaged in the pelvis.. Your baby' s head can get fixed any time before labour begins.. Dont worry it will happen soon..
I have been having major nesting feeling since i started my 9th month!! just waiting for the baby.. at the same time im getting scared of labour n delivery..im having sleepless nights thinking about it..
anyways, all the best..
