Well you can consult any banks which would help you a lot i have seen some people are ready to donate their eggs but with some cost.You just catch them try to speak to them and solve your issue.Good luck for you.

rather than checking here for the donor why don't you go to fertility center as they will help you better and according to your expectations. it will be authentic and safe and no one can cheat you. my sister also had the same problem but she went to fertility center than asking on sites and now she has a very cute baby in her lap and when you take egg donation or sperm your child is having some looks like your husband or you. i suggest you go there.
