I have really bad acne on my upper back. and I need to wear a dress that shows my shoulders on Sunday. How can I get rid of it fast?

ive had acne throught my teens
thank god i dont have them the best way to avoid acne and pimples is drink lots of water daily drink atleat 10 glasses of water belive me it helps and watch what u eat avoid oily foods,sweets .eat lots of dahi, drink lots of buttermilk,eat fresh fruits ,and raw veggies,do all these and watch the glow on ure face.

there are no fast cures for it, unless you want to visit a dermatologist-cosmetologist. but that would be very expensive.
