I am a 28 years old male living in vikroli mumbai. I live alone here since last 4 years and my family is in my native. i keep long hairs upto my waist and normally tie it in a pony or a plait or some time in a bun. Since last 1 month i have been suffering with lice infection in my hair. As a stay alone i have no one to take care of it . So i discussed this with my neighbours daughter who is very close to me. She initally laughted at me, but then told me she will come next day afternoon. I wondered what she was going to do. Next day she came in the afternoon and showed me the lice comb she had bought for me. She asked me to bring coconut oil bottle and sit facing my back to her. She opened my plait and started searching for nits in my hair by moving her fingers in my hair. After some time she oiled my hair heavily and started combing my hairs with lice come. She found many and handed over to me for killing. This continued for about 1 hour until no more lice were found in lice comb. Then she tied my hair in bun and asked me to clean my clothes and keep the comb. She told she will repeat this after 2 or 3 days so as to get rid of lice. I thanked her. I immediatly felt a huge relief by itching scalp. after another 2 sessions i got much relief. Atlast i thought i was free fro lice. But again today morning i felt lot of itching and after bathing i wore my clothes and went to her home to ask for licecombing. Her mother (my neighbouring aunt) opened the door and told me she had gone to some relatives place for 2 days. She also told me that her daughter had discussed my lice issue to her and she can do it to me if if i dont mind. I smiled and she asked me to bring my lice comb and come to her house. i did that. She also followed the same routine as her daughter did but with heavy oiling and also found many lice. After around and hour and a half she asked me if i can go and bring bread for her from the shop in the next lane. i said ok. Then stoped licecombing and tied my hair in a bun. She also with out my knowing tied a veni in the hair bun. I went to the market and bought bread for her, what i noticed was everybody was staring at me and few ladies also giggled. The shopkeeper also stared at me and smiled(giggled). I thought it was because i was heavily oiled. It was only when i went home and saw the mirror i realised i had some thing shiny tied in my bun. I removed and saw it was a veni with lots of silver threads. I was shocked and felt very embarresed. I immediately went to aunty to ask why she did this. She just laughed and told she did this just for fun and i should have not removed it. With out any word i returned home feeling embarresed. Dont know what to do Esha replied. Hi dear do not feel embarrass as it happens and nothing to feel bad also if you want even you can plan some prank on your friend and make her also feel the pain and make her understand that how it feels when it happens. Hi dear please think that you are been lucky that your friend dint put anything wrong as nowadays children play big pranks and i have seen one boy putting chewing gum on anothers head that was big prank. Hi there you are very week in terms you understanding as this is not a big issue and you should have not felt bad at all as it happens with everyones life and you should leave it there itself but you have taken this so seriously. Hi dear i can understand your pain but then you also understand that this is not a big matter as this happens with everyone so please forget this issue and move on no need to worry so much. I think you need a break and please do not feel bad but no one will think so much for a small prank like this as you have written so much please do not feel bad but you have over reacted to it. Deepti replied. Hi dear no need to worry as these are all small things and one must be very sure that all these things should not affect you and please remove this from your head and enjoy your life. Hi there please be very sure what you are saying as this is not the thing to feel embarrassed of as this is very common factor and one must see it very lightly but you have made a big issue. Are you crazy dear it was a small prank and you have made it a issue its fine she just did a small prank for fun why are you feeling so hurted even you can plan some prank on her and take it lightly. Jini replied. hey you can try various shampoos and oils to get rid of lice in your hairs. Try using medicare this will certainly help you and also try to keep your hair clean and dry. Wet hair attracts lice. Hygiene is required in this situation. AA replied. I dunno what a veni is but you shouldnt DO anythign about it.

Forget so long, I would never be able to help even my best frnd like that. Not only the frnd whodid this but also her mother spent so much time helping you cos u live alone!
