Hi ! I just wanted to check with you girls if you are using Razor or Epilator or waxing for legs . Are waxing and epilator safe to use on legs and arms in pregnancy ?

using a razor, epilator and waxing is alright during pregnancy. u dont have to worry about that.
but i have a doubt about facials,
can u get it done during ur pregnancy.

Hi,
Using the above is safe during pregnancy. I wax my arms every month before my ob/gyn visit and also shave my legs atleast once a week. I had asked my ob/gyn whether its okay to bend while shaving and she said its fine. I also bleach my face (had asked my dr. first). My dr said its okay since bleach is mild and has to be kept on for only 5-10 mnts. So go ahead with using razors and doing waxing. If u still hv doubts, then u cud ask ur dr. in ur next visit. Bye.

How are you doing?
I have used the both epilator and waxing after getting pregnant but just once. I was also thinking about it as its time to do it again, but concerned about the safety. i think it should be safe.

I am in my 22nd week and I can manage to reach my legs for Epilator with slight discomfort . But i think I can manage . Thankyou so much for putting my picture on the site !!!
