Name: reshmi hai hope all u gals and little ones doing fine.is anyone experiencing breast milk leakage..when i press my breast hard or squeezes it a colorless liquid comes out.it is thick and sticky and no taste also.also can there be any problem?bcoz my mum didnt have milk to feed me.is there any chance of heredity that is hindrance to milk production?

Not to be worried. The liquid you are talking about is ' colestrom' and it' s common for most of the pregnant ladies.

Hi Reshmi,

The liquid you are talking about is called \" colestrom\" . Which has good fat in it and good for baby to have that. Normally we get colestrom for first couple of days then milk flow starts. And about hereditery, even my mom didn' t have mothermilk to feed us. Still my daughter was on my milk 7 months. It' s not heridetery, it depends on how you take food. Eat well and give mother milk to your baby.

And try not to press or sqeeze breats....which stimulates breats and leads to contractions....Take care

horlicks with milk

i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
