Due Date Club November 2003:Ways to eliminate Morning Sickness
2003-04-14
Name: Suma

Hi! All! I am in my 10th week of my first pregnancy. And my due date is Nov 14th. I wanted to share my opinion on beating morning sickness.
I had morning sickness for 5 days after that i changed couple of things and I had NO morning sickness at all from then.

1. When you are eating (it applies to breakfast/lunch/dinner) eat only 2/3rd to ur capacity. DON'T EAT FULL. Even if u r hungry stop eating when u r 2/3 rds full. After like one hour or so again u will feel hungry. Then again eat until ur 2/3rds full. This way u will eat more without morning sickness/ nausea.

2. Separate your liqids and solids. Immeadiately after eating, don't drink too much of water. Beause that makes u feel very full. After eating, wait for 15 minutes and then drink whatever u want.

3. Don't wait too long to eat. When we are really very hungry and when we eat, then, morning sickness/ nausea starts again. So, Please don't starve urself for too long.

I followed the above steps strictly and from then i had NO morning sickness.

I think the reason for the morning sickness is making ur stomach either VERY FULL or VERY EMPTY.

Hope this helps. I just wanted to share because it worked for me and also I want all of you to have enjoyable Pregnancy with out morning sickness/ nausea.

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
