Curd rice will hardly give you [and you baby] much by way of nutrition. You need proteins for baby' s muscle and organ development and to raise your own iron and immunity levels, and if you are a vegetarian, you need dals, beans and nuts as sources of additional protein fiber to prevent constipation, fruits and vegetables for minerals, vitamins, fiber and so on....

If you don' t feel like eating cooked vegetables eat more salads and fruits. You really need to ask your gynecologist to refer you to a good nutritionist, or talk to your instructor at your prenatal classes.
Don' t neglect your own health and your baby' s physical and mental development with a poor diet.

Now that you' re a mum-to-be, you need to fine tune your eating habits to ensure that you have a balanced and healthy diet. If your diet is poor to begin with, it is even more important to make the transition to eating delicious, nutritious, well-balanced meals.
Milk and dairy products: skimmed milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese –that are high in calcium, essential amino acids and Vitamin B-12. Talk to your doctor if you are lactose sensitive.

Cereals, whole grains, dals, pulses: they are good sources of protein.

Vegetables: these provide vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Fruits: eat fresh/seasonal fruits and avoid processed /canned fruits
I will suggest i want you want more info , you can visit \" thecradle maternity hospital\" in bangalore for more details on diet. They will provide you complete diet tips during pregnancy. Best Of Luck

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
