Hi gals,
Today i experienced vaginal discharge and i felt it was much more than what normally i get. i calleed up the doctor and she asked if it was watery . since i could not answer her properly, i told her i would like to see her. i rushed to the hosptial and she did a Litmus paper test to see if it was normal vaginal discharge or water..i was really scared. but then immediately she said it is normal discharge and i need not worry..jaan mein jaan aaye..did anyone else experience this or am i being too worried...i just came back and what a relief..we even heard the baby's heartbeat..dhak dhak dhak dhak...how nice..

rekha Avi replied. Hey Rekha, I am in the same boat. I always had an abundance of white discharge but now it is way way more than before the pregnancy. As long as it is not liquidy and water like, I dont think we have anything to worry about.

It sure is a good idea to go to the doc when in doubt cause it does feel good to be assured by the doc that everything is fine.

Even I observed that the discharge is little more than usual after walking especially if it's sunny. It happened to me once. I walked more than what I usually do and immediately after that I observed more discharge. I usually take some rest for a while. I guess it's normal.

I have been complaining with the dr. since about 16 th week that my discharge is clear (not white) although just a few drops.. but dr. says it is normal and my amnio fluid levels look OK.. She asked me watch out for sudden Gush/trickle of discharge and also watch out for any unusally foul smell. it is normal to have a slight pungent smell (sorry if I am too graphic)

Also Do you experience more discharge when you are in sun and walking..? I do.. I immediately lie down and try to rest for some time...

i too have vaginal discharge since the forth month. it is more or on some days though .it is a white milky discharge right with no foul smell . even i was worried about it intially but then came to know that its absolutely normal n nothing to worry about.so dont worry n relax though even im like u little out of normal n i call up my doc.
