Hai,
I'm sorry forgotten to say i'm taking daily folicacid tablet(5mcg)& B-complex capsule as my Gyn suggested.Last december I have shorten my hair(Haircut)b'coz my hair is so thin .From then never i shorten my hair.Now again i'm planning to cut the hair to short But some what scared of Malay beauticians(In Malyasia many r Malyas).
so first i must change parachuate to almond oil .ok still what else i must do...........

dont cut again atleast 6 months u have to maintain.
that 6 moth for trimming only like 1 inches.not for cut ok

why u want to cut ur hair oftenly.long hair gives cute look for ladies u know then why sister.but i like to say onething plz maintain ur hair atleast waist length ok

yes change oil,alomnd oil its good its in full of protein

if ur body accept,apply curd in ur scalp leave 30min after wash it its agood nourisher to ur hair sister
