Hai,
I'm Sanju from Malyasia.I'm a regular silent reader to this.I'm preganant running around 10th week.The problem is about hair fall .It's continuously happening to me every day.I'm scared in future i may not have sufficeint Hair if hairfall continues like that.
I need your advice.But one thing My doctor advised me not to take any tablet without considering her.so pls don't say about Biotin.I'm using pantene shampoo ang parachute oil.
Waiting for your valuable suggestion.I also read about curd with salt(how many days i have to keep pls inform in detail).

as per doctor's advice u take iron and vtamin tablets

change oil first maa

did u get any long cut or often cut.bcoz to know any keratin scarcity.

Hai,
I'm sorry forgotten to say i'm taking daily folicacid tablet(5mcg)& B-complex capsule as my Gyn suggested.Last december I have shorten my hair(Haircut)b'coz my hair is so thin .From then never i shorten my hair.Now again i'm planning to cut the hair to short But some what scared of Malay beauticians(In Malyasia many r Malyas).
so first i must change parachuate to almond oil .ok still what else i must do...........
