hi, im aditi frm andhra. im in inter 1st year staying in hostel. I came home for dussehra holidays. i have a sis studying 8th std. my mom vowed to shave my sis hair to our family god on dis sunday. my sis however agreed to it. problem was nw my mom and sis nw requesting me to have hs . i was confused. i dont know whether to say s or no. how my look will be? hw others react ? do girls of dis age group do hs. i have seen only a few girls (rare) done hs. again hw much time it takes to have my lovely curls back. please suggest me... i have less time. give proper reasoning also.. aarav replied. call me i suggest u ..... ridhi replied. its easy to say as you dont belong to this culture ...we do listen to our husband bt going bald is something really sick as we love our hair... ram replied. visit for inspirational stories of head shave

I sat infront of him crosslegged on ground bending my face. my mom loosened my shoulder lengthhair. he asked again gundu geekalismindi e ammayikena. my grandma said avunandi deniki bodigundi cheyadaniki ekkadi vacharu edi teni mokku. hearing it he got ready to shave. he wet my hair til roots and pushed all my hair forward and bent my head. started to scratch my head by nw my heartbeat started to increase.a white patch appeared in middle like a path between two black forests. tears rolled out of my eyes .he moved my head to right, left and then up and down scratching my head. my hair separated frm my head and was falling slowly in my lap.i was enjoying by nw feeling cool air, light weight other than tat i cn do nthng bcz almost i was shaved.my grandma asked him gundu baga nunanga geekali ma manavaraliki. he said ok and did his job. locks of hair on ground not even single strand of hair on my head.after cmpletion my mom felt happily for fulfilling vow smiled,rubbed my gundu and said bodigundulo bagunav. later worshippers there asked enduku gundu chesaru ani. my mom said mokku. they smiled at my gundu and said me ammayi gundu chala nunnaga bagundi. me papa bagundilo bagundi anaru. later we worshiped god and returned home. there my dad , neighbours, friends too said gundu lo bagunav. for smedays they teased me nw everythng was nrmal. rahul replied. if yo have any queries plz reach out to ma mail id catchmerahul21 its gmail account.. rahul replied. YES its difficult for a gal for accepting head shave ,though its not a family vow you can say No... but juz think how ur mom and sis will feel if yo dint accept

Why are you worry about hs. its a family vow, go & get the hs at your family temple or nearby temple, as suggested by your mother. When your yonger sister is getting hs, why you not.

The collegue' s of your shall tease for a while, but, when you would tell them about your family vow, they will support you.

Moreover, you would look gorgeous in your new look i.e. complete bald.

It takes around 4 to 5 months to have hair length till your shoulder. Meanwhile, you can sport a boycut, mushroom cut or bobcut, which would suit you too, being the college girl.
