i hav a vow of getting my head tonsured in tirumala after my wishes come true. but i want to know after how many days it is to be done ?
i mean for how many days i should grow my hair after my prayers come true. should i grow hair alone or also beard is must. while getting tonsured i wil hav clean shave which includes complete hair mustach n beard. how long should i grow ?

today that is on friday night i am leaving for tirupathi and from there i am going by walk to tirumala and will reach there by saturday afternoon. as i told earlier that i have a vow so i am going for tonsure there. but i feel a little fear that my fiends may comment with my shaved head :(
really still i am in half mind whether to go for tonsure are not :( bcoz of my friends around me and their comments.
Finally left everything to lord venkateswara and going there.

there is no certain time that u should grow ur hair. when ever u feel satisfied that u can go for tonsure go to tirumala. also mustaches are also grown by many people only just a week or 10 days before going to tirumala and shave them off. so it is up to u to grow moustaches also along with ur hair if ur comfartable jolly person replied. hai frnds
i am happy to say u that my wish came true i.e., i got placed and also received offer letter. however i am yet to complete my final year. Rajesh replied. hai friends,

why only in kalyanakatta ?

sorry for late reply.
i want to know is there any specific reason that we should go for tonsure only in kalyanakatta ?
people say that doing tonsure anywhere in tirumala is equal.
people it is always known that ist is always rush in kalyanakatta.
please tell me if any specific reason behind that.
i am leaving to tirumala on friday night and going to tonsure completely both hair and beard.
waiting for your quick response.
also friends if any other know the reason reply me.
