I thought that the things actress reveal in their beauty secrects is just joke,but i used it myself and found that its very true.I followed few steps-
1.Waking at time,and sleeping at time.
2.Taking meals at time.
3.Taking proper rest.
4.Taking enough of liquids.
5.Using the correct products.
6.Using homemade or natural remedies.
7.Keeping your system clean.

These things seem to be very simple. But i really felt the difference within a week!!
So, i will request the girls struggling hard with their beauty problem to first try these simple things... Work hard, Party good!!
