Preethi,
I can understand two job front thing.
What are you taking for Allergy? Viral or Allergies aggrevating cold are not supposed harm you or baby but can take longer than normal to recover when pregnant.

I know being second time makes you easier on knowing that to expect and how to deal with scenes but health if gets you worried then it's tough.

Do you try any home remedies for cold or some warm milk sort of things before going to bed. Try taking stea, of boling water+salt before going to bed, salts are known to help clear sinus and also help keep viral class away.

By the way you may be completed with your GD and in your third trimester or not yet? How is little one doing, know sex and chosen name or left that as a big day surprise.
