hi friends ,
i would like to share recipes post delivery with you all ..b' coz as we share recipes we will have an idea n also taste of other culture ..
In SINDHIS we usually dont have onoin n garlic food for atleast 15-21 days ..ya n also spices
1)TURI KI SABHJI
method- cut turi in pices ..in a pan u can add 1tbsp of oil/ghee/i prefer olive oil ..then add zeera ,green chilli ,ginger ..add one tomato (cut in pices) ..cover until soft on slow flame ..now add haldi, namak ,black pepper mix ..add turi again cover till turi turns soft keep on medium flame..now dry turi water on high flame (turi leaves lot of water )so tht u can eat with chapati ..
2)MEETHI PANEER
IN A PAN ADD OIL ..ADD ZEERA little bit of green chilli (pinch) ginger ..kasturi methi n saute ..now add tomato purree (tomato paste ready )or u can puree in a mixer ...cover n let tomatoes cook ..may be around 5-7 mins ...add masala like haldi ,namak n black pepper..i add star anis powder little bit n saunf powder ,elachi powder also b' coz they r not hot n spicy ....n gv restauarant flavor ..cook for few mins n let gravy dry .add paneer now ..after 5 mins if gravy is still watery try adding cream ...also u can add matar (peas to this gravy ) ..its taste good ...
