Hi Archie,
This is my latest update.
I went for another U/S on Feb13 but the situation remains the same (.77 and .79). I am now 26 wks. The Doctor says not to worry too much as everything else seems normal and the condition has not worsened. She said she will have another followup after 4-6 weeks. Hoping for the best and Staying positive. Any advise from you will be helpful.

Thanks,
Vidya

Hi Archie,

Hope you are doing well.I had expressed my concerns to you some months back regarding my baby who had bilateral pylectasis/renal pelvis.

I am very happy to inform you that i had a perfectly healthy baby boy 2 1/2 months go. The pediatrician has recommended that we do a follow up u/S at 3 months and thats abt it.

thanks for your support during my pregnancy.

sincerely,
Vidya

Vidya,
Although you don't notice difference on positive side it still is not a bad news. The fact that it has not further dilated you have to be positive and all should work out fine at right time.
I would have suggested followup ultrasound in about 4 weeks which is what you are going to have then you shold be worry free. Don't get concerned until the situation worsens. I already told it's not uncommon to notice this trouble.

Stay focused and worry free.
Keep me updated.
Archie
