Hey

First of all congrats, I am also first time mom and it is really difficult, when we know nothing, moreover have no idea what to expect so any thing new scares me.
I can understand ur feelings,N e way just try to relax.
I too used to have back pain, but what I do, my hubby gives me back massage with warm oil for 5 to 10 min just before bed it really helps a lot, and I also tuck in pillows so they also help me.

I am not able to sleep at all at my left side so doc said don't worry sleep on right side so just try to find a better position for u.
