Diet and Exercise:Be careful about eating fish during pregnancy

I didn' t know about this myself, but then I read this article about the possible dangers of eating fish. There are benefits of eating fish too, so you shouldn' t stop eating all together. This is the article I came across which enlightened me about this. Be careful!!

Hi!

Fish eaten in moderation is very good since it is light for the stomach, contains Omega 3 and essential oils.
You could eat Pomfrets, Mackerals ,Ravas (Indian Salmon)


Avoid high-mercury sea-foods such as fish, especially Swordfish, Shark, King Mackerel(Surmai in Marathi) and Tilefish.
Raw fish and seafood may contain Listeria, a bacteria that can cause food poisoning and miscarriage or premature birth.
Also avoid Crabs,Clams.
shrimps/prawns can be eaten in moderation
