For all the women who may or may not have naturally ' fair skin' instead of asking how to lighten our skins- why do we not ask how to take care of our skins to get a ggod glow, smooth skin, e.t.c-- Whatever skin colour you have has been given by God and our genes--- our duty is to take care of our bodies and age gracefully and not to be fanatical over getting ' fair skin' . its a pity that the media and drug companies make use of these as marketing tactics..

well to glowing health skin you just have to be healthy! Exersizing, taking vitamins eatting right and the rest just comes. Toreally get you glow on, i love to use just plain vanilla yogurt as a mask and leave it on for about 15 minutes to half an hour then wash it off. Then afterwards take some orange plup from and orange and put in on your face and leave it on for about 10 mintues then wash it off. Fruits, especailly citrus fruits have alpha acids that repare and repelnish your skin giving you a healthy glow.
