There are a lot of yoga classes and aerobic classes specially for pregnant women where they make them workout only on the exercise which will suit their body that time and which would not cause any problems to the baby or mother.

yaah it is necessary to stay fit. some womem fear to do exercises but they don't understand it will help to deliver a baby normally. it will also help from swollen legs and hands and other pains we suffer during pregnancy.
