I heard that they prepare you for the final labor by teaching you breathing techniques.I am also looking into these classes as my OBGYN recommended them.

thanks padmaja.Are you based in Mumbai?im keen on these classes but keep getting differing opinions.I didnt do them for my 1st pregnancy as had no time but this time round am sure it will help.keep in touch
