hi! i hav pimples, i get dark circles left behind. i hav lots of them nw in my face. when i wash my face in the moring my face is normal not really creamy but normal but as the day goes on my face gets oily n i dont knoe wat 2 do. is there aniway i can get rid my pimples and dark circles permantely 4ever so that i wont get anipimples or dark circles animore.
also how do i get my face look like cramy like that i got foundation. i alwayz longed for face like the girls hav @ my skool but mom wouldn' t let me use foundation so i thought i might ask help here. alos i tried the mint juice tip but the mint juice taste groose wat do i do bout da mint juice.

saniya replied. i think by dark circles u mean spots left by pimples am i right?u have probably misunderstood dark circles and scars left by pimples.
for ur pimples and oily skin,as well as scars,every evening,after sunset,make a mixture of tomato juice+lemon juice+oats powder+rose water+honey.apply on ur face and let it stay for 20 minutes.then,wash it off.be sure to use neither too hot nor too cold water to wash ur skin.
renounce all the products u might be using and start washing ur face with besan+milk+haldi.use more besan and less milk and hardly a pinch of haldi.keep it on ur face for 10-15 minutes and gently scrub it off.use thrice daily,ie,morning,evening and night.
in the morning,wash ur face,dry it well by patting the towel(not rubbing it) and apply a good quality sunblock.on returning from school,again wash ur face and after sunset use the tomato lemon oats powder honey and rose water mixture i mentioned and in the night before going to bed,agains wash ur face with besan haldi and milk.all this will help in getting rid of ur pimples,add a glow to ur skin and also lighten it.
apart from the external treatments,u have to internally treat ur body to keep ur skin clear and glowing.follow these tips regularly:
1)in the morning on waking up,drink a glass of warm water+1tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon.
2)drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
3)eat carrots, cucumbers, apples, spinach and other green and leafy vegetables.
4)eat 5-6 almonds daily and also include fish in ur diet.
5)cut down on junk food.instead,snack on healthy foods like a fruit salad or a fruit smoothie (without sugar of course).believe me,it will help u a lot.plz don' t eat too much oily, fatty, sugary foods.they adversely affect ur skin.
6)exercise regularly for atleast 15 min and be sure to take a shower and wash ur face after sweating or else ur skin might get worse.exercise is necessary for glowing skin and a healthy body and mind as it increases circulation and by sweating,the toxic substances from ur body get removed.
7)be stress free because depression,stress,etc r major causes for pimples and acne.
8)i know mint juice tastes bad but remember..no pain,no gain.just force it down ur throat.it really helps in clearing the skin.u can try 3 tablespoons of neem water daily too or karela juice which r more effective but they taste horrible so mint juice is a good alternative although,not as effective.
9)it' s good that ur mom doesnt allow u to wear makeup because makeup harms the skin.
10)always remember that everything,especially natural remedies take time.stay out of the sun as much as possible.even the sunlight entering ur house is harmful so keep the curtains drawn.just be patient and religiously follow these tips and im sure u' ll get great results!
