Hi gals,

I had my blood count done yestr and it has now increased to 2900. It was 160 last week on wednesday. It went up from 160 to 2900 within 5 days. Docter has again called me for another bloodtest on this friday. I hope everything clicks.

If my bloodcount increases again she will do a sono on monday next week. What do you all feel? 2900 what week would I be in? I think this might be my 6th or 7th week. Is this count good if Iam in 6th or 7th week?

Please do let me know. I' m just waiting for an sono so that I can see everything with my own eyes. This bloodcount guesses is making me crazy.

Hi Madhu

You can check out a site called justmommies - it gives you indications on what your HCg level shd be at various weeks. I am reproducing the details below:

3 weeks LMP 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP 7, 650 - 229,000 IU/ml


Based on this you are probably somewhere between 5-6 weeks along. You will notice that for any week the \" normal\" HCg ranges vary quite a bit - so relax, I am sure everything is going well with your pregnancy.
