I am 26 and live in US.I had an arranged marriage 2 yrs ago in india,I was living in US and didnt get much time to know about him before getting married.Our marriage was not consummated,because my parents wanted to hold off the reception until he gets his immigrant visa to US.Still,I am in US n he is in India.During this period I visited him once and he treated me like a sweetheart.I never thought he would cheat on me.During this long distant relationship,some times he used to ignore me for weeks but I knew he had a tough job and he doesnt get much time to call me.Most of the time,I called him,emailed him and made contact. But, now, I had found out that before getting married to me ,he was in love with one of his cousin. He married me because of family pressure or wat ever reason.He never had enough courage to tell that girl that he always loved her before but after 2 yrs of marriage he proposed her now n told her that his first marriage is only a compromise because of his family and that girl had agreed to marry him. My husband' s family didn’t allow him to do that so he is back to normal with me now(atleast that’s what I think).He never told me this stuff but I found out n when i confronted him he said he is sorry and it was a mistake .What should I do now,I know he doesn' t love me. He only came back to me because his family didn’t agree for his second marriage.I really love him and i m ready to compromise for him but would he be sincere with me. I am so confused and don’t know what to do. If I divorce him, I won’t be able to forget him and be able to trust some one else. He is my first & last love. If I chose to stay with him, I know he doesn’t love and What if he just use me to get US citizenship n then goes back to get married to his love.I will lose either way. I am looking for kind suggestions please…….
