hi,
i got married on 10th nov ´ 07 ,by december i was conceived and due frequent spotting in my 6th week i had to undergo abortion .doc´ s do say that abortions have 1 risk of unfertility chances . is it true?? i am worried about it and i am planning for kids .i am in need of a help.suggest me a gud gynic in Hyderabad

I think what you might be refering to is Asherman' s Syndrome. That is where you have adhesions on your uterus which can indeed be caused by a D&C. However I think repeated D&C' s are of more concern than just the one. Have you spoken with your doctor regarding your concerns? I believe it is normal for anyone to question their ability to have a child after a loss but that certainly does not make the tension easier to bare.

I suggest that you arm yourself with as much information as you can find regarding you concerns and then go speak with your doctor. Most people who have lost a child have gone on to have a happy healthy child in the future. All I can suggest is that you have a good lon talk with your doc and decide on what to do next after that. All the best!
