Sandhya replied. Hi Keerti,
I have had a laparoscopy in Gunasheela Hospital. Dr. Sulochana Gunasheela is always in the hospital as is the junior Gunasheela (Dr. Devika Gunasheela). Dr. Devika Gunasheela does the laparoscopies and is very gud. I have had my laparoscopy done with her and I had endometriosis n they told me that it was difficult. They seem to have a gud team.
After the laparoscopy and treatment with medications, I have successfully become pregnant and I am in the 17th week of pregnancy. I have had no problem with the hospital.
Go ahead, nothing to worry. They are very professional, very good n extremely ethical.
All the best.
suma replied. hi keerthi,

anamika replied. Hi,
I am new to this blog. I am also from Bangalore and i also consulted Dr. Gunasheela some time back. R u still consulting the same Doctor?
bhumika replied. Hi,
I was also trying to get pregnant from past 3 years, I consulted so many doctors, everyone said, there is no issue, just try for it naturally, that is how lot of time got wasted. Recently in December one new docotor I consulted advised me to go for HSG, a procedure where some kind of solution is passed through your fallopian tubes and it helps to know if tubes are blocked and also helps to open the tubes. I tried that first and then as a second option, I was thinking of trying clomid pills as suggested by my docotr, but luckily even before that I got pregnant in just 3-4 days after HSG. Now I am 21 weeks pregnant. It really helped me and I am telling from my person experience. Good luck to you too.
VS replied. Hi Ashi,
Mine is also same case. We are trying since 5 years, but for 2 years we tried naturally and then undergone all types of medication. Still no success.
U have mentioned that u have tried naturally for six years. It' s already late. U better go for laproscopy and try methods like IVF and ICSI. It may help u. Nothing to worry about Laproscopy.
All the best and keep updating.

And almost for 5 years we were told that my hubby has a prblm...low Sperm count and very low motility. but recently i visited Dr.Tendulwadkar in Ruby Hall clinic, Pune and i was told that i might have endometriosis though the doc is not sure yet. i was devastated honestly on hearing this. She wants to do a Laproscopy on me and confirm this. i am so scared and depressed. Tomorrow is my Day 2 and have to go for some tests before they start Lap. Can anyone pls tel me if you know smthng abt this Doc. Has anyone consulted her before and shud i undergo this procedure. i am also getting Desperate for a baby so dont wana wait any longer to try naturally. 6 yrs is a pretty long time i guess anyways. i will be 29 in 3 months. That scares me. I hope i can find some good friends here. Everone in my circle has babies and some have even 2 now. i feel really out of place. Need someone to talk to who has been thru this before.

35 is the age when women fertility start decreasing not 30. I got married in 1998 but started trying for baby in 1999 and I had my first baby after trying for nearly 8 years last Jan(his 1st birthday is on thursdays) at the age of 33 after going through all the fertility treatment a women can go through. You name it i am sure i must have gone thourgh that, take ivf, clomid, insemenations and has suffer all the side effects also n when it happened it happened naturally but be4 that i took baba ramdev medi. try to think positive, be calm, dont keep one thing on your mind and take day as it come n smile, if someone ask tell them yes soon we will have it, instead of saying no no yet, make it a yes answer.Myself i was not producing eggs as i had PCOS so i took baba ramadev medi.cant think of the name as it was in 2006 jan i start taking it for 3 months n by end of may i knew my son was under construction.I use to take somesort of churan/biz type thing, 2 tablets 3 times a day and some halwa type horrible taste uterine tonic.for how long u have been taking baba' s medi and wots your cause of infertility can i ask if u don' t mind.
come on honey stand up take things ligtly go for a romantic holiday with your cool hubby, let the fresh air get in to u, go and meet everyone enjoy your life n i am sure it will happen one day.If there is any lack of vitamines or minerals then try to take some good supplement. I took pregnacare so check if its available where u live.Right take care n smile now. will wait for your reply
KEERTI replied. Hey thanks mandeep your words really helped me to cope up with the worst situations thanks for that
Yeahhh I am married since 2years and waiting to have baby soon, as I am 28 and I heard from my relatives and friends after 30 its difficult to have babies so I am really worried and want to have asap so that I will be free from the cruel words which ppl asking me again and again my husband loves me very much he is bit cool but myself very much depressed keep on feeling my self like I am spoiling someones life can' t give baby my mom inlaw also keep asking about it every day .....thinking about it ....its really hard I never felt life soooo much hard to live
mandeep replied. Keeti it all depends how your body cope with it as its just a small key hole surgery. I had my Lap on wednesday n on sunday i was back in my shop as i dont want to sit at home n get myself depressed as u can imagine lossing a baby who I want so desperatly was killing me. So i thought better to stand up n work. Even i was also told to have my Lap done in 2003 when Dr. were trying to sort out my inferlity problem but i was so scared of that, that i said No to that.I was told those who under go laprascopy they, then have baby quickly. But dear if that is the only option left then go for it. or try to find othere ways of balancing your hormones.one thing i would like to say here is try to be calm, take every day as it come cos worrying, depresstion etc. will make situtation worse. I know its very easy for me to write but trust me love these 2 things won' t help in anyway.Try to relex your self, slow down if u r busy or should i write very busy women, cos i reduse my business to half n use to go for at least an hour walk plus i had ayurvedic medi. to sort out my infertility problem n was preg. in 4 months time. Can i ask r u trying for a baby? Take care. speak to u later
verne replied. upon your condition, your chance at complications, and how proficient the doctor is at laprascopy
mandeep replied. I under want laprascopy when i suffered ecotopic pregrancy in 2004, n dr. even have to take out my right fallapion as baby was stuck in it n i did concive naturally in 2006 n gave bith in 2007 Jan. I dont think there should be any problem to reproductive capability.

Hi Ashi,
I have posted my story in " trying since long" discussion category. with the psudonym " depressed"
IVF/ICSI costs more. My hubby is having problem. It costed us around 1.8 lakhs.
If in ur case if ur hubby is not having any problem, u can go for IUI it is cheap(5000 per cycle). Consult ur doctor for more information.
Now my husband is on Ayurvedic treatment. we are thinking to adopt a child.
All the very best for ur IVF treatment.

Hi VS,
i underwent Laproscopy this monday. they say i had mild- moderate Endometriosis around my left ovary. The doc also gave me an injection to remove any traces of left over Endometriosis.
Now the doc says they will do an IVF in August sometime. And God!...the expenses are so much ..!! i have already spent a huge amount on Laproscopy and the IVF is gonna cost even more. I really really hope it works!...All this is so traumatic. Not the expenses alone but this whole cycle of going thru various treatments. I am sure you understand as well.
U say u have undergone all tyoes of medications...have u tried IVF /ICSI?? If you dont mind, may is ask what exactly ur problem is? Did u also do Laproscopy? What treatment are you taking now?
I hope it works for both of us now. We have waited long enough already. All the best!

Thanks again I don´ t know how complicated is my infertility prob since all docs say same things differently so......So Iam planning to try Ramdev babas medicines for another couple of months and later fix the date for lap .....may be in Jun this year.
thanks again for insipational msgs from you really nice to read these things I will read ur msg daily 1 time to get boosted up myself
I was upon medicines for almost two yrs but din´ t work out, had gone through all internal checkups finally Dr said iam having hormonic imbalance and need to undergo lap through which they stimulate the follicles since I am having male hormones count more than females one in me .... I didn´ t understand any ways....after which I started Ramdev baba´ s ayurvedic medicines from past 1month started doing pranayams n walk inthe morning.we 4 (brothers of my husband) of relatives got married same time and their wives got conceived within year and half and have babies only me having prob ... so my in law is worried and keep asking same thing again n again ....I understand she is right in her view....but I can´ t explain to her, I use to share things with my mom but she left us a year ago to join God.that is also one of the reason for my depression my inlaws are very orthodox and we are joint family almost 15+members, my inlaws some how doesn´ t treat me like her family memebr, evry time I will be ignored by her, probably still will take time for her to make her mind that I am part of her family.....but I just ignore those things since we couples are gr8 company with each other.
