Curious a bit......

Hi,
Just got the pregnancy confirmed yesterday. I had undergone an abortion 2 years back as I had concieved when I was under the treatment for Jhondis. So the doc had advised me for MTP. It was my first chance which was an accident.

I am over weight, aged 29 currently. So I was worried as to how would I conceive after I had a MTP 2 years back and that too a first timer.

I was so happy to hear the news. But Now I am worried because of my weight and also the doc has prescribed me some harmonal supplements (progesteron).

I had went for a check up today but due to the tension, my BP had shoot up to 130/100.

Still the doc says not to worry. Does she say just for my satisfaction or it might be a fact.

I am a new joinee to this site. I would appreciate to receive friendly advices.

hi do not worry, your dr will inform u all about your routine check up. in 12 th week u can go for that checkup.

First ultrasound

Ultrasounds before 12th weeks are generally done to see the size and / or status of the fetus. As in my case, I had no plan to go for u/s but had to go due to fear of miscarriage because of sudden bleeding in 9th week. They found twins and only one was alive.

I see you are healthy and there is not to worry about any u/s right now.

first ultrasound

Hi. i stay in london and over here the first ultrasound is done around the 12th week. its the most wonderful experience to see ur baby for the first time though u can hardly make out anything. try to take ur partner along with u at that time and enjoy the moment

FIRST USG

Yes the first USG is offered around 12th week and next detailed USG around 17th to 18th week of your pregnancy
