Worried very much thanks for your help

Hi Sud,

I am in my 7th week, and again have been diagnosed as border line case for hypothyroidism. I take thyrox 25 each day on empty stomach. I was also concerned about the babys health, but my doctor advised that it is safe, and infact will be harmful if one does not take the medication. In many cases hypothyroidism leads to miscarraige, so I am also very scared. Just relax, let me know how it goes.

Hi

I have hypothyroidism. I am right now pregnant with 2ndchild. This problem started in my 1st one. We just have to take daily medicine on empty stomach and keep checking the thyroid levels every trimester or according to Gynac. In my case doc said it' s better to do it every month as in pregnancy hormone level cahnges frequently and therefore needed to adjust medicine levels.
I hope this helps. Nothing to worry, my daughter is in perfect good health. The key is to keep the TSH in proper level through out the prenancy.

good luck.

and now during sec preg it is not there initialy but doc asked me to check it in 6 month.last week i came to know that my tsh is6.9 and again i have to start my med.i am very worried abt it.because i dont want my sec baby ll have the same problem.Rest is gods hand.
