hi.. i am mother of 1.25 yr old baby. i am very scared of creches or home maids.. where should i leave my baby so that one could take care of him like me.. Pls help me .. I am in Chandigarh(India) and very sensitive to my baby.

Hi ,

I am a working mother and my in-laws take care of my 14 month old since he was 3.5 months old. I must say that he's very looked after and I need not worry about him when I am in office.

Why don't you try having a home maid with some relative ( like your mother or mother-in-law supervising her ) ?

Even creches are a good option although people scare you with stories about increased infections and bad handling etc. I think it's a good way for your child to get accustomed to the outside world.

Leave her for a couple of hours for a few days and try it. She's old enough to express her sadness or happiness and you will know if she doesn't like it. make her come everyday and tell you what she likes about the place and what she doesn't like .

r u a working mother?? if not, y u need creches or home maids??? if yes, be relax and try one...then ask u'r baby abt that.. what's the poinion of the baby..it matters too much in these cases...

My son is one year old and he is not doing few things a one year should do !!
He does not point at things
He does not say Amma or any words

9.5 months milestones
My DS is 9.5 months old and does not clap wave or point at things !! I will put down a list which he is good at and which one worries me.
